•  A fee of 20% of the tour cost applies when canceling 8-14 days prior to the tour departure date and a fee of 50% of the tour cost applies to any cancellation 1-7 days prior to the departure date.

• No refund will apply to passengers cancelling later than 4pm the day prior to the tour.

• Broome Aviation reserves the right to cancel or change tours due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellation of seats and refund on compassionate grounds will be at the discretion of Broome Aviation.

• Credit card payments may attract a surcharge of between 1-5%.

• Passengers deemed to be intoxicated will be refused entry to the aircraft without refund.

• Where seat allocation has been allotted, notice of passengers travelling must be given not less than 72 hours prior to departure, after which time seats will be released for general sale.​

• All scenic flight prices are based on the Cessna 210, 5 seat aircraft.

• Children under 3 years of age will be seated on a guardians lap.

• No more than 5kg of carry-on luggage will be allowed per passenger.

The Horizontal Falls is a natural tidal phenomenon. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the amount or level of water flowing through the falls at any given time. We will however vary our schedule and flight path to suit optimum tidal movement as best we can.

 

The Giant Tides are ​powered by a natural tidal movement. As we aren't able to guarantee the water levels flowing through, when on lower tides (neaps) the boat will cruise the Pearl Farm and along Joligo Beach showcasing the islands of the Buccaneer Archipelago.

 

During the months from October to March, Mitchell Falls tour will go via Derby as Mount Hart Station closes for the wet season.

 

The walk to the top of Bell Gorge is a short but very steep 1km walk. It is not recommended that the faint hearted participate as moderate level of fitness is required. 

 

The Cathedral Gorge walking track is appropriate for people with a low to moderate level of fitness. Walking shoes are required due to the sand and uneven terrain.
